Fiber Snacks are great on Shake Days. They provide a healthy snack option that helps keep your hunger satisfied and your digestive system regular.

When taken as directed, Fiber Snacks can be a safe snack option for children and for expectant and nursing mothers.

It is not recommended to eat Fiber Snacks on Cleanse Days. However, they are a great complement to Shake Days.
